⊱ You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

⊱ To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

⊱ Please contact our Customer Support team at Contact@olaivey.com before returning any products to get return instructions.


How to Request a Refund

1- Email us at Contact@olaivey.com with your order number and reason for return.

2- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

⊱ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

⊱ Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

⊱ Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

⊱ If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

⊱ If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired product.
