ORDER & DELIVERY

Our dedicated team works very hard to find the best quality products at the right price and get them to you as quickly as possible! To ensure you get the fairest price, we ship the products directly from our warehouses as quickly as possible and with the best possible couriers we have access to. This means we can save huge amounts on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs and offer the products at the best possible price and provide you, our loyal customers, with the best possible shopping experience

When you order something from us, you can track your order via our tracking system as soon as all information has been updated on all courier systems. To do this, enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order, as it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated in all systems.

If your order contains multiple items, we will ship them as soon as we have them available directly from our warehouses in the Netherlands or other locations, so that you receive them as soon as possible depending on the items ordered! It is therefore very likely that your order will arrive in multiple packages and at different times.

Customer satisfaction is key for us and so the average delivery time for most to most locations in Europe and worldwide is only between five and seven working days, in many cases even less. These figures are based on previous deliveries. Due to the high volume of regular orders, additional pressure from our courier partners is to be expected and this may result in the order taking longer to arrive. We therefore always allow up to twenty working days for delivery to ensure safe delivery before suggesting you contact us regarding the delivery status of your order. However, in most cases your items will arrive much sooner!

Please note that if you enter incorrect shipping information at checkout and the courier is unable to deliver the package to you or you miss all delivery attempts or fail to collect your package when it is ready for you, it will be returned to us or potentially destroyed after a certain period of time. In this case, you will receive a refund, but please note that all related shipping costs (shipping the package to you and receiving the package back/additional handling costs or possible destruction) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once you have placed your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled as we prepare the items for shipment directly from our production facilities in the Netherlands or other locations depending on the goods you have ordered.

Order Cancellation

Processing an order takes 1-2 days and once we have processed the order, cancellation is no longer possible. 

Once we receive your order information, you have 2 hours to cancel or change your order. If the order is not cancelled within this time period, it will be considered final sale.

Taxes and duties

The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by local customs authorities. Please note that these additional charges will not be included in the shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.
